Corporate resource division (CRD)
Mangalmay group of institutions takes pride in guaranteeing its students a 100% placement prospects with a dedicated department namely Corporate Resource Division (CRD) which is accountable for planning career of the students and sourcing the type of job opportunities in their interest areas for which they have acquired the required potential.
CRD is directed by a team of Professional Placement officers, faculty members and Students' Representatives under the assistance of honorable Chairman working together as a well-coordinated unit focusing on a common perspective of student’s development and their bright future.
The functions of CRD include designing placement brochures, Industry handouts, pamphlets, counseling students about career and career related prospects, correspondence with prospective employers, arranging pre-placement talks, conducting campus interviews for summer internships, placements and providing required facilities to the visiting organizations. All these initiatives are taken up not only for the current ongoing batch students but also the alumnus of Mangalmay group.
Apart from this CRD also looks into the matter of over all development of the students by initiating Industry Academia Synergy by means of organizing Guest Lectures (Vaktaa Series), Industrial Visits, Industry Projects, Conferences, Symposia, Work Shops, Industry Academia Interaction (Corporate Axis) and Personality Development Programs.
These management activities are very guided, supported and regularly coordinated by CRD members at the campus. These activities help the students to come out of their routine academic shell and indulge team spirit and management skills.

Industrial visits:
In order to provide a corporate exposure to the students two industrial visits are organized every semester. This year students got an opportunity to visit Parle Industries, Mother Dairy , Bisleri India and Yakult Danone.

Corporate Axis:
Various eminent personalities from business arena especially from the HR vicinity are invited for interaction with students specially focusing on current industrial trends and requirements. Subsequently, these suggestions were brainstormed with corporate managers

Vaktaa Series:
In order to acquaint the students with the different facets of corporate world, distinguished speakers of industry are invited to have interactive sessions with them.

Symposia and Conferences:
To enhance student’s knowledge and confidence symposia are organized where in-depth discussions and presentations over a particular topic are done.

Industry Projects:
Students are encouraged to involve in the Industry Sponsored Student Projects wherein they get a real-life experience of working in industry.

Workshops:
Behavioral competency workshops are organized to progress our students in different areas like Team Management, Team Work, Better Decision Making, Positive Attitude towards life etc. Wherein the students are divided in small groups for short duration of time to concentrate on a defined area of concern. They brainstorm, discuss ideas, help in decision-making, and plan a course of action to solve the given problem.
